Country French Toast
Country French Toast is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. eggnog, 4 thick slices french bread, 2 tbsp. oil and powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pour eggnog into shallow bowl.
Dip both sides of French bread into eggnog. In large skillet, cook bread in hot cooking oil over medium heat 2 1/2 minutes or until golden.
Turn bread.
Cook about 1 1/2 minutes more (add more oil if needed).
Transfer to serving plate. Sift powdered sugar over toast.
Yields 2 servings.
