Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and add to dry ingredients.
Stir until moistened well.
Pour into greased dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inch, or muffin pans.
Bake at 425Β° for about 35 minutes or 20 minutes for muffins.
