Country Corn Salad
Country Corn Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) can yellow corn, drained, 1 (12 oz.) can white corn, drained, 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped, 1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped and 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a 2-quart serving dish. In a saucepan, combine the vinegar and garlic powder.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat and add sugar substitute.
Stir until well mixed.
Pour over vegetables and mix well.
Chill several hours or overnight.
