Country Corn
Country Corn is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped red and/or green bell pepper, 2 tbsp. margarine and 1/2 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook onion and bell pepper in 2 tablespoons margarine for about 5 minutes.
Add flour, paprika, mustard, salt and milk. Heat until bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in corn and egg. Pour in a 1-quart casserole, mixing in the Cheddar cheese.
Mix the bread crumbs in the 1 tablespoon margarine and place on top of corn mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
