Cough Syrup is an easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. flax seed, juice from 3 lemons, 1 c. water and 1 c. strained honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil flax seed in water, then strain out seed.
Add lemon juice and honey (mix well).
Keep in a cool place.
Take 1 tablespoon every 2 or 3 hours.
