Cottage Pie
Cottage Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, finely chopped, 2 bouillon cubes, salt and pepper to taste and 3 to 4 large potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown meat and onion in skillet.
Drain off any fat; add bouillon cubes and water.
Mix well and cook 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook and mash potatoes, season with butter, milk, salt and pepper.
Put the meat mixture in a greased baking dish. Spread the potatoes on top and bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Then place under broiler for a few minutes to brown the top.
