Cottage Cheese Casserole
Cottage Cheese Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Saute first 5 ingredients in a large skillet.
Stir in next 6 ingredients.
Simmer until macaroni is tender, about 25 minutes. Have parsley, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese ready.
Put half of the macaroni mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole.
Top with 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese and parsley. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
