👨‍🍳 Instructions

Combine 1

1/2 cups flour and yeast.

In a pot, heat to 115° to 120° the milk, margarine, brown sugar and salt. Add to flour and yeast. Stir. Add egg. Beat for 3 1/2 minutes.

Add the cornmeal. Beat until combined. Add remainder of flour. Mix well. Turn floured surface.

Knead until smooth and elastic. Grease bowl.

Let rise until double in size. Turn out on floured surface divide rolls.

Put on greased pan. Let raise again. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
