Cornmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. fat (margarine or butter), 3/4 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 c. cornmeal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix fat and sugar in a large bowl.
Add eggs and beat well. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Drop dough from a teaspoon on a greased baking pan.
