Cornish Hens Dijon
Cornish Hens Dijon is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cornish hens, 1/3 c. dijon mustard, 8 small potatoes, 1/2 c. dry white wine or cooking wine and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a rectangle baking dish, split 2 hens in half and place in baking dish, skin side up.
Brush hens evenly with mustard. Season with pepper.
Arrange potatoes, 4 on each side and prick each one 4 times.
Pour wine over.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β° uncovered.
