Salt and pepper the Cornish hens.
Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to directions on box.
Instead of 2 1/2 cups of water, use 3 cups of water.
Pour Rice-A-Roni into baking dish.
Then put Cornish hens into mixture.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 1 hour.
