Cornish Game Hens
Cornish Game Hens is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cornish game hens, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, 1/2 c. italian bread crumbs and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In Ziploc plastic bag, pour bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and ginger.
Pour lemon juice over split Cornish hens. Put 1/2 hen in bag with bread crumbs.
Shake.
Place in foil covered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
