Cornflake Macaroons
Cornflake Macaroons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In large mixing bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
Stir in cream of tartar and vanilla.
Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff and glossy.
Fold in pecans, coconut and cereal.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto well-greased baking sheets.
Bake at 325Β° for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove immediately from baking sheet.
Cool on wire racks.
