Cornflake Crunchies
Cornflake Crunchies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter, 1 c. light karo syrup, 6 c. cornflakes and 1 can angel flake coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix sugar and Karo in a boiler and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter.
Mix well.
Pour over cornflakes. Make sure all flakes are covered.
Pinch or drop into small balls and cool on wax paper.
Put into storage container before hardening a lot.
