Cornflake Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. corn syrup, 2 c. peanut butter and 5 c. cornflakes, mashed up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In pan, bring to boil just around the edges the corn syrup and sugar.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, then cornflakes. Press into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cool and slice.
