Cornflake Cookies
Cornflake Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 3 large eggs and 2 tbsp. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugars, beating well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Stir in water and vanilla. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; add to butter mixture, mixing well.
Stir in oats and remaining ingredients.
Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 14 minutes.
Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool.
