Corned Beef Salad
Corned Beef Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon jello, 1 can (12 oz.) corned beef and 1 c. chopped green peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pour boiling water over jello in large bowl; stir until jello is dissolved.
Stir in vinegar and refrigerate until slightly thickened.
Break up corned beef and stir into other ingredients, then stir into jello.
Place in oiled mold.

This makes an excellent luncheon salad.
