Corned Beef Salad
Corned Beef Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 1/2 c. hot water, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. instant onion flakes and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Add hot water to gelatin, stir until dissolved.
Let cool but do not gel.
Add mayonnaise, onion flakes, sour cream, diced celery, chopped eggs and corned beef which has been separated with fork as it comes from can.
Combine all ingredients and stir lightly.
Pour into 2-quart rectangular glass dish.
Refrigerate until gelled.
