*Corned Beef Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 1/4 c. hot water, 1 c. celery, cut fine, 1 can corned beef, cut fine and 1 small piece onion, cut fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve lemon jello in hot water.
Set aside to cool.
Mix celery, corned beef, onion, eggs and green pepper with the Miracle Whip.
Add to jello.
Set in the refrigerator overnight in a greased bread loaf pan.
