Corned Beef Pâté
Corned Beef Pâté is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in cubes and softened, 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained, 1/4 c. milk and 2 sprigs parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Break beef into chunks; put 1/3 in blender container and blend until chopped.
Put in bowl.
Repeat with remaining beef.
Put all other ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
Combine with beef, mix well.
Mold in small bowl; chill, unmold.
Serve with crackers.
