Corned Beef Loaf
Corned Beef Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 tbsp. gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 can english peas and liquid, 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Heat peas and liquid; add to gelatin.
Set aside.
Mix eggs, celery, green pepper and onion together and add mayonnaise, milk, salt, vinegar and Tabasco. Then add to peas and gelatin mixture; mix well and add corned beef.
Put into dish or pan lined with waxed paper.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce as main dish.
Serves 8.
