Corned Beef Casserole
Corned Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. wide noodles, cooked and drained, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 pkg. frozen peas, 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef and 1 lb. velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Break up corned beef with fork and add drained, cooked noodles and all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Place in buttered baking dish and top with coarsely crushed cracker crumbs which have been mixed with 3 to 4 tablespoons melted margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
