Corncob Jelly
Corncob Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 14 large red corncobs to make 3 c. cob juice, 3 c. sugar and 1 pkg. pectin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash corncobs good (cut both ends off the cob to be sure there are no insects in the cobs).
Place the cobs in large container and completely cover them with water.
Boil 30 minutes.
Remove cobs and strain juice through a heavy cloth.
Mix 3 cups of the juice with the sugar and pectin.
Boil following directions on pectin package.
