Cornbread Salad
Cornbread Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with medium pan of bread, 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp, 4 to 6 tomatoes, diced, 1 to 2 onions, diced and 1 bell pepper, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Crumble bread and bacon into bite-size pieces and set aside. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and pickle juice.
Pour this over tomatoes, peppers, onion and pickles.
Then add to bread mixture and toss well.
Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
