Saute onion and celery.

Crumble cornbread and add white bread, onion, celery, eggs, salt, pepper, sage, poultry seasoning and stock (may use canned stock and some water).

Mix well; the mixture should be the consistency of thick cornbread batter.

Pour into a large, oblong pan, greased or sprayed with Pam.

Cook at 350Β° for 1 hour or until firm and browned on top.
