Cornbread Dressing
Cornbread Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pan old-fashioned egg cornbread, 4 eggs, 4 to 6 stalks celery, chopped, salt and pepper to taste and 2 tbsp. sage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion and celery.
Crumble cornbread and add white bread, onion, celery, eggs, salt, pepper, sage, poultry seasoning and stock (may use canned stock and some water).
Mix well; the mixture should be the consistency of thick cornbread batter.
Pour into a large, oblong pan, greased or sprayed with Pam.
Cook at 350Β° for 1 hour or until firm and browned on top.
