Cornbread Dressing

Made with 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped, 3/4 c. celery, diced, 1/2 c. corn oil margarine and 3 1/4 c. toast, broken into small pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onions, green pepper and celery in margarine.
Mix bread crumbs with the seasonings in a large bowl.
Add sauteed ingredients and pour in broth; mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and cover.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350Β°, uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Yields 15 to 18 servings.
