Cornbread Dressing
Cornbread Dressing is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. cornmeal, 4 eggs, well beaten, 1/2 stick butter, 1/4 tsp. soda and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
If too stiff, add milk to make thinner.
Cook in greased pan in medium oven until firm. Break into small pieces; pour stock over it.
Add enough chicken stock to make a soft batter.
Bake in a 375Β° oven until brown. May be used for stuffing turkey.
