Cornbread Chicken Casserole
Cornbread Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. water, 3 tbsp. oleo, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat soup; cook onion in oleo until tender.
Add to soup mixture.
Add salt.
Cook chicken until tender, cool and cut into cubes.
Pour soup mixture in baking dish; sprinkle cubed chicken over top.
Mix cornbread according to directions on package. Spoon cornbread over top of soup and chicken mixture, covering entire top.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until cornbread is done.
Serve hot.
