Cornbread Casserole
Cornbread Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. martha white mexican cornbread mix, 1/2 c. buttermilk, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 can creamed corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix cornbread mix, buttermilk, eggs, flour and corn together and set aside.
Brown meat, onion and bell pepper.
Drain.
Pour 1/2 of corn bread mix into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Spread evenly.
Top with meat mixture; spread evenly.
Top with cheese. Pour remaining corn bread mix over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
