Cornbread Casserole
Cornbread Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large onions, chopped, 6 tbsp. margarine, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. milk and 2 cans cream-style corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
In medium skillet saute onion in margarine until golden; set aside. In a medium bowl mix eggs and milk until blended.
Add corn and muffin mix, mix well.
Spread cornbread batter into prepared dish. Spoon sauteed onion over top.
Spread sour cream over onion. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 35 minutes or until puffed and golden. Let stand 10 minutes.
Cut into squares.
