Corn Soup
Corn Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 1 doz. fresh ears of sweet corn, 1/2 gal. milk, 1 stick margarine and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut the tops of kernels of ears of corn.
Back scrape cobs to get all juices.
Cover with water and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add milk.
Cook on low heat until milk is hot, not boiling.
