Corn Soufflé
Corn Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. onions, chopped, 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large skillet, saute onions and peppers in margarine. Add flour and cook until golden brown.
Remove from heat; blend in milk, salt and dry mustard.
Return to heat; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add corn (drained) and egg (slightly beaten). Stir to blend.
Place in a baking dish; sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
