Corn Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can creamed corn, 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 stick butter, 4 eggs, separated and 4 slices mild cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix flour, butter, corn and cheese until melted.
Add cayenne pepper and cook until thickened.
Add egg yolks.
Let cool.
Add beaten egg whites.
