Corn Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk, 1 pt. canned corn and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter; mix with flour and pour milk on gradually.
Bring to boiling point, stirring constantly.
Add corn, seasoning, yolks of eggs (well beaten) and stiffly beaten whites.
Turn into buttered baking dish and bake in moderate oven at 325° for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
