Corn Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can mexican corn, well drained, 1/2 c. sweet pickle chips, 1/2 c. celery, chopped, 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped and 1/2 c. red onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
