Corn Relish
Corn Relish is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 qt. cut corn (10 to 12 ears), 1 c. chopped green peppers, 1 c. chopped red peppers, 1 1/4 c. chopped onions and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

If fresh corn is used, boil corn for 5 minutes.
Dip in cold water.
Cut from cob and measure.
Combine all ingredients and boil gently for 20 minutes.
