Butter a casserole dish.

Combine corn, onion, green pepper and pimento.

Beat eggs slightly, then stir in sugar and salt. Smooth a little of the milk into the flour, then blend in the remaining milk.

Combine corn, eggs and milk mixture.

Add melted butter; turn into buttered casserole dish.

Bake at 325Β° for 45 to 60 minutes until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
