Corn Pie
Corn Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream-style corn, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, salt and pepper to taste and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Whip eggs thoroughly in bowl.
Add sugar, flour, milk, margarine, salt and pepper.
Stir in corn.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Set dish in pan of water about 2 inches deep.
Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean when tested.
You also may use fresh or frozen corn.
