Corn Pie
Corn Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh corn, 1/2 c. milk, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Fill unbaked pie shell with sliced onion.
Add 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Add milk almost covering onions.
Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon flour; sprinkle over top of pie and bake.
Can be served hot or cold. You can also put small pieces of bacon on top of the onion before baking pie.
