Corn Lovers Special is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lg. can creamed corn, 1 lg. can corn, drained, 1 sm. box corn bread mix, 2 eggs and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In 13 X 9 baking dish place both cans of corn.
Mix 2 eggs with corn bread mix. Set aside.
Saute onions.
Layer on top of corn.
Place corn bread mixture on top.
Drizzle melted butter over top and bake for 40 minutes at 400.
