Corn Lovers Special is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with lg. can creamed corn, lg. can corn, drained, sm. box corn bread mix, eggs and butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In 13 X 9 baking dish place both cans of corn.
Mix 2 eggs with corn bread mix. Set aside.
Saute onions.
Layer on top of corn.
Place corn bread mixture on top.
Drizzle melted butter over top and bake for 40 minutes at 400.
