Corn Fritters is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. fresh corn kernels, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 4 eggs and corn oil (for frying), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook corn until soft in boiling salted water in a saucepan; drain thoroughly, reserving 1 cup liquid.
Melt butter with corn liquid in a saucepan.
Add flour and cook, stirring rapidly, until mixture is smooth and rolls away from the sides of the pan. Remove from heat.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in cooked corn.
