Corn Fritters
Corn Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 3 egg yolks, 1 1/2 to 2 c. whole kernel corn, drained, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg whites in small mixer bowl on high speed until stiff. Beat egg yolks on high speed for 1 minute.
Add corn, salt, pepper and flour.
Beat on low speed until blended.
Add beaten whites; fold in on lowest speed.
Add oil in frypan.
When hot, drop the batter by spoonfuls.
Fry both sides until brown.
Serve hot with syrup.
