Corn Fritters
Corn Fritters is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can corn, 1 1/2 c. flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1 beaten egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain corn, reserving liquid.
Add enough milk to liquid to measure 1 cup.
Combine egg, milk mixture and corn.
Combine dry ingredients.
Mix just until moist.
Drop batter from tablespoon into 375Β° deep fat.
Fry until brown, 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve warm maple syrup with fritters.
