Corn Fritters
Corn Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In electric skillet, heat 1/2-inch oil to 400Β°.
In medium bowl with fork stir one tablespoon oil and rest of the ingredients until blended.
Drop batter by heaping tablespoons into hot oil. Fry 3 to 5 minutes until browned, turning once.
With slotted spoon remove fritters to paper towels.
Drain.
Serve with syrup or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
