Corn Fritters is an easy dinner. Made with 6 ears corn, cut off or 2 cans drained, 1 1/2 tbsp. flour, more if too runny, 3 eggs, separated and beaten and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix corn, flour, egg yolks, salt and pepper.
Beat egg whites separately until stiff.
Mix corn batter with egg whites and fry in oil until brown and flip.
