Corn Fritters
Corn Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Combine milk and egg and pour into flour mixture and stir until just smooth. Add corn and stir.
Drop by tablespoons into deep hot fat and fry 3 to 5 minutes, turning until fritters are well browned on all sides.
Drain on paper towel.
