Corn Fritters
Corn Fritters is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, pinch of baking soda, 4 tbsp. (heaping) flour and 1 c. corn pudding (leftover), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Shuck corn and rinse with water.
In large cooker, boil water (boil water before adding corn).
Blanch small ears for 7 minutes in boiling water.
Blanch medium ears for 9 minutes.
Blanch large ears for 11 minutes.
Cool and drain.
Place in airtight bags and freeze.
