Corn Fritters
Corn Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. whole corn kernels, 1 egg and pinch of sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the corn, egg and sugar.
Stir in milk to form a dough that is soft, but not runny.
In a deep-fryer, heat the oil to 325Β°.
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of fritter dough into the oil and fry for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Roll in confectioners sugar, if desired. Serve warm with honey butter.
