Corn Flakes Muffins
Corn Flakes Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. sugar and 2 c. kellogg's corn flakes cereal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside.
Measure Kellogg's corn flakes cereal and milk into large mixing bowl.
Stir to combine; let stand about 2 minutes, or until cereal is softened.
Add egg and oil; beat well.
Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups.
Bake at 400Β° for about 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Serve warm.
